The hotel underwent a major renovation in 2001, the lobby is quite impressive has that old-world feel, rooms are just ok. The hotel offers many options when it comes to room size, the economy rooms are tiny (but you can get them cheap), bathrooms are small typical of many older city hotels.
The Hyatt is centrally located in Downtown Boston near the Theater District and Downtown Crossing. The hotel features decent sized rooms, comfortable beds and a full service business center onsite. The fitness facility has a nice indoor pool, sauna, and whirlpool.
